At VetTailor, we take pride in crafting custom products tailored to each customer with care and precision. This personalized approach requires 3-5 business days for production. Afterward, shipping times depend on the option you select:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery usually takes 8-12 business days.

When will I receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within the estimated shipping time based on the product type and shipping method selected:

For most products:

  • Order handling time: 3 – 5 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 10 – 20 business days

  • Express Shipping: 8 – 10 business days

For Gildan 5000 T-shirts, Suitcase:

  • Order handling time: 2 – 3 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 4 – 8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2 – 5 business days

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is estimated based on the order’s weight and your location. The minimum shipping fee will be $6.95. It will appear at checkout.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Most of the orders will be handled and delivered by USPS and UPS. Other shipping partners are DHL, Fedex and A C I. Depending on your location and products, we use different couriers to ensure that your order would reach you in the shortest possible time.

From where are your products shipped?

While we print a majority portion of our production of our products at our US facilities, we also operate with several fulfillment centers around the world (EU, Asia) to offer our customers a greaer variety of merchandise.

Do you accept returned/exchanged items?

Due to the fact that our products are customized, we DO NOT accept returned/ exchanged items. Please contact us via chat, our email support@vettailor.com or our contact form if the item you received has a problem.

Please be reminded that our warranty policy lasts 30 days for replacement/refund requests only. If 30 days have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you accept personal requests for specific designs not on your website?

At the moment, we only sell available items and designs on our website due to the high volume of orders. However, please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any ideas or requests, we will forward it to our design team to consider offering it in the future.
